Joseph is the Co-Founder and CCO of Red Night Capital, a bespoke investment and wealth management firm. He began his career in 2021, writing private equity research on cryptocurrencies and small-cap stocks. Joseph then joined Frey Financial under the Commonwealth RIA umbrella, where he managed the firm's operations and curated portfolios. His strategic macro outlook helped the firm successfully navigate the 2022 bear market.
Following his success at Frey Financial($120 million AUM), Joseph moved to Spiegelman Wealth, where he managed $400 million in assets and addressed similar challenges faced by Frey Financial. Revamping portfolios and designing innovative tailored solutions for wealth preservation, Joseph leveraged these experiences and founded Red Night Capital to provide clients with the comprehensive wealth management services they deserve.

Brendan is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Red Night Capital, a bespoke investment and wealth management firm dedicated to enduring wealth creation.
He commenced his career at Merrill Lynch, managing a team responsible for $2.4 billion in assets, focusing on sophisticated wealth management for high-net-worth individuals and comprehensive retirement planning for institutions. As he advanced in his pursuit of a CFA designation, Brendan honed his expertise in portfolio design, portfolio model management, and alternative investment strategies.
Subsequently, he founded MGPC, later known as Banyan Digital, a macro hedge fund with a keen focus on digital currencies. Observing the harsh realities of crypto-scams and volatile markets, he transitioned back to private wealth management.
At Red Night Capital, Brendan leverages his extensive experience to provide active management and meticulous due diligence, ensuring clients have personalized access to portfolio management that not only meets but anticipates their diverse financial needs and aspirations.

Eric has a strong background in customer relations and finance. He helps build strong strategic plans to allow clients to stay retired. He believes that listening to client needs, communication, and trust are key having long term success with his clients.
